Create a comprehensive human proteome structural space-state space holographic atlas. This atlas will encompass four primary structural-space maps: tissue composition and cellular composition maps of human organs; primary cell type-based proteome maps constituting organs; human microbiota composition maps; and macro-proteome maps of human microbiota. Additionally, six state-space maps will be included: key developmental stage proteome maps across ten organs at a minimum of five stages; aging proteome maps across ten organs from adulthood to old age at a minimum of five stages; organ proteome maps under diverse human living environments (representative populations in six major environmental models); organ proteome maps under various human dietary patterns (representative populations for four main dietary types with a focus on digestive organs); significant disease proteome maps (including cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, tumors, neurodegenerative diseases, and infectious diseases with hundreds of representative cases); and dynamic maps of interactions between human microbiota and proteomes. Develop a comprehensive life cycle proteomic standard atlas database, aggregating the aforementioned data to construct a panoramic browser for human life based on proteomics technology, serving global scientific researchers and forming a new generation of proteomic data collection, storage, and access portals.
